Mac Arthur Ninth Grade School Student Council recently elected officers who meet weekly to plan student council activities for the class of 2005. The group sponsored Red Ribbon Week, Teacher Appreciation Week, and a blood drive. Upcoming events include a holiday canned food drive for the Aldine community and volunteer services for the Houston Food Bank.
