The district had a successful Back to School Drive-thru Expo held on August 7 at the M.O. Campbell Educational Center. More than 2,000 people picked up 5,500 backpacks filled with supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE), and resources during the two-hour event. Families also took advantage to get their COVID vaccine and routine vaccinations required for school. For additional Back to School Resources, Aldine ISD families can visit AldineISD.org and click on the Back-to-School button. As new information is available, the page will continue to be updated.

A special thank you goes out to United Airlines, East Aldine Management District, the YMCA, the HOPE Clinic, the Aldine Noon Optimist Club, the Aldine Federation of Teachers, the Texas Women’s Empowerment Foundation, the Astros Foundation, Teach for America, and all the volunteers for making this event possible.
