The district had a successful Back to School Drive-thru Expo held on August 7 at the M.O. Campbell Educational Center. More than 2,000 people picked up 5,500 backpacks filled with supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE), and resources during the two-hour event. Families also took advantage to get their COVID vaccine and routine vaccinations required for school.
