Metro offers convenient option for getting to Bush and Hobby airports

With heightened security measures at Houston-area airports, travelers are reminded that METRO offers a convenient option, to driving and parking.

METROs 101 Airport Express route, which started in August, provides an extensive north-south connection service between Bush Intercontinental Airport (Terminal C), Hobby Airport and points in between – including Downtown Houston. The fare for the 101 Airport Express is between $1 and $1.50, depending on where patrons board the bus.

In addition to the 101 Airport Express, METRO operates several other routes that provide service to Houston’s two major airports. The 102 Bush IAH Express, whose fare runs between $1 and $1.50 depending on where the bus is boarded, offers connections between Downtown, Greenspoint and Bush Intercontinental Airport.

The 50 Harrisburg, 41 Gulf Meadows Circulator and 73 Bellfort Crosstown routes provide service to Hobby Airport from Downtown, Almeda Mall and the Galleria area, respectively. The fare for these three routes is $1, regardless of where patrons board.
