The Shady Tidwell Timbers Civic Club held its National Night Out at Tidwell Park. There were 74 neighbors and friends in attendance.
Everyone enjoyed greeting their neighbors and enjoying eating hot dogs, chips, nachos, cake, watermelon, lemonade, nuts and mints.
Door prizes were given out and some fun games for our youth and adults were played.
The civic club president would like to thank all of the block captains Helen Heliton, Mamie Wells, Maureen William, Corliss Garibaldi, Patricia Devers, Shirley Little, Mattie Ebow, Effie Arcineaux, Sylvia Davenport, Naomi Taylor and Earl Derousselle.
