Aldine ISDs special education department will dispose of confidential records of students who have received special education services since the school years 1993-1995.
These records will be destroyed at the Harris County Department of Education on Sept. 21, 2002, unless a written request is received.
Written requests are to be forwarded by Friday, Aug. 30, 2002 to Special Education Department, Donaldson Annex, 15010 Aldine Westfield Road, Houston, Texas 77032, Attention: Suzanne Donaldson, director of special education or Cherrye S. Vasquez, Medicaid administrator
