Commemorating President’s Day
“Bonding Against Adversity celebrates it for the 2nd consecutive year”
As part of its “Beyond Citizenship” program, Bonding Against Adversity celebrated President’s Day.
“Beyond Citizenship” program helps new citizens to get involved in civic and other community events after they become US citizens such as civic engagement round tables where they can learn about voter’s registration and the process of elections in the USA. The main purpose is to keep these new citizens active and help them understand a democratic system different from their country.
