NORTHEAST – The East Aldine community and Precinct 2 held an event last May 30 to honor Lisa May for her service to the East Aldine community and the Almendarez Northeast Community Center.
State Representative Armando Walle made the presentation of a Certificate of Appreciation and made a brief talk.
Walle said, “I was delighted to give remarks for the inaugural Red Hats Chapter Luncheon in North Houston celebrating Lisa May. Lisa has been a longtime advocate for seniors and worked at the Harris County Precinct Two Darren Almendarez Center for many years. She is loved by many for her tireless and selfless work. Thank you Esmeralda Cervantes for inviting me to participate.”
